What time is check-in and check out?
Check in is from 1 pm to 8 pm and check out is from 7 am to 11 am. If you wish to arrange different times, contact our staff. On your day of arrival or departure you can easily leave your bags at our B&B and enjoy a more relaxed visit around the city.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, Bancomat debit.
What are the terms of cancellation?
The cancellation terms vary according to the season and special offers. We ask that you check carefully when you make your booking.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, for sure. The connection is free throughout the building.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, we have many suites with a bathtub. Just contact us directly to ensure you have a room with a bathtub.
How do I get there by car? Do you have parking?
Our B&B is inside the ZTL – the area of limited traffic in central Florence. You can however book a space at a parking garage close to us (cost: €27 per day), and they will help you obtain the permission required to drive your car into the limited traffic zone without risking a traffic fine.
