By train
From Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station you can reach us with a leisurely walk. Take the main exit towards the left, on via Panzani towards the Duomo. At the first junction with a traffic light turn to the left and after 50 meters on your right, you will see our B&B, at number 8 via del Giglio.
By air
From Florence Peretola airport you can take a taxi or a bus directly to the Santa Maria Novella station which is just a 5 minute walk from our hotel. From Pisa Galileo Galilei airport, we suggest you hire a car, a bus directly to the center of Florence, or a train which will take you straight to Santa Maria Novella station, just a few minutes’ walk away.
By car
The Residenza Castiglioni B&B is inside the ZTL – limited traffic zone. When you arrive let our staff know your car plate number to get access to the street. If you’re arriving by motorway from north of Florence, take the exit “Firenze Nord” or if you’re coming from the south, take the exit “Firenze Impruneta”. In either case, follow the directions for “center/centro” and then for Santa Maria Novella station. The B&B is 200 meters from the station, on via del Giglio. You can park in a serviced parking garage beside the hotel at a cost of €27 per day.
